NPP Question

Hi,

I hope someone can help clarify this for me...

How are Medicare services ordered/performed by NPP's that are not subject to incident to provisions reported? Under the NPP as the rendering provider or under the supervising physician? Services in question are those services that fall under their own benefit category such as flu vaccines, AWV's, etc. Ekgs, venipunctures and clinical labs as well as diagnostic tests that fall under the supervision requirements, (x-rays, echos etc.).

Thank you,

Dana

re: NPP Question

Under the NPP if they are performed by the NPP and are not incident to.
