selecting a CPT® code

Good morning,
I am working as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer in Canada. We do not use CPT® codes for our surgeries.
I am looking for a little guidance in regards to selecting a code for a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with bilateral lymphadenectomy with vag assist delivery of uterus, tubes and ovaries, and nodes.

Code 58548 does not describe vaginal assist but has a greater RVU

Do I use 58552 (uterus is less than 250 g) + 38571?

I would like to go with 58548 but it does not take into account the vaginal portion of the procedure. This code would take into account the more extensive procedure.

What relevance (if any) does the vaginal component have on the procedure coding for this case (laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with lymphadenectomy
