Ototech or CPOP

Thank you for the reply on the question that I asked yesterday about the ordering of the testing for a ototech/cpop. And I understand that the tech/cpop must follow what the dr has ordered. But I have a child that was sent to audio and the dr marked the order with two testing indicating either one? When I questioned him, he indicates to me this was a child and he did not know which test the child would cooporate with. Legally shouldn't the order have been corrected during the visit depending on the toleration of the child?
