CPT® j1080
CPT® - J1080 (Injection, testosterone cypionate, 1 cc, 200 mg) is deleted on 12-31-2014. Please advise whether I can bill J1071 (Injection, testosterone cypionate, 1mg ) with 200 units ? or is there any other replacement code ?

You would be correct to bill J1071 with 200 units. There is discussion AAPC website about this billing and claims have paid.
