93662 intracardiac echocardiography

We have a denial for the add on code 93662 when billed with 93526. In the narrative of 93662 in the CPT it states which codes to bill with and 93526 is not
listed. Is this an exclusive list meaning that 93526 cannot be billed in conjunction?
What is the difference between 93526 and 93527 which is on the list?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, it is an all inclusive list, code 93662 is an add-on code only for the listed codes under the code description. The difference is the technique (Code 93526 includes retrograde left heart cath. Code 93527 may or may not include retrograde left heart cath.. Code 93662 (ICE) is often used with transseptal puncture to access the left atrium or left ventricle for diagnostic EP studies and for ablations. It allows real-time visualization of anatomy and catheter position at puncture site.
