BlueCross of Tennessee has recouped payments made for 88305 and 88312 if a colonoscopy or upper endoscopy was billed on the same day. It is mu understanding the no payment rule applies when procedures are done at a hospital. These wre done in an ASC. Paths were billed at POS 11. Anyone with this problem.
