Use of Web Site

When we click on the ICD 10 training and select a chapter, only the article title comes up on our computer. I would assume that there is an article to go along with the title, but it's not coming up on our monitor i.e. just a blank page.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what did you do to view the articles?

Hello, we're sorry you're experiencing difficulties. The problem sounds like videos, or streaming media, is filtered by your organization. Some companies, hospitals, or organizations have a policy to prevent access to popular social media and streaming video services. The ICD-10 training videos are hosted with one of these companies.

Another possibility is the browser security settings on that computer are set very high and won't allow connections to web sites outside the one you're visiting.

Try going to Vimeo.com and see if you can play any of their videos. If you can, please reply back and we'll look into more deeply.
