?CPT® laceration repair

Hello, MD applied surgifoam and dressing to 1 cm finger laceration. He also used finger tourniquet while applying the foam. Patient is instructed to remove dressing in 1.5 days. I am thinking this doesn't qualify for 12001 and would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you,

Isn't that like a sponge to achieve hemostasis? I don't think this is considered a dermabond or suture.
