CPT® 32405

Can you charge 32405 2x, if there are 2 separate masses biopsied in the right lung? Not 2 samples from one mass, but 2 completely different masses.

Yes. As long as your documentation clearly describes this. 32405 has a MUE of 2 so you should be fine.
