Physician Verbal Orders

Our doctors sign off on "Physician Verbal Orders" from Nursing Homes, Home Health Agencies, Hospice, etc - two questions - 1. Can I bill for this and 2. What would the code be?

I use G0180 for initial orders and G0179 if there is second time for patient care.
Medicare pays about 52.00 for initial and 35.00 for second.
Of course, you can look up exact allowable. Hope this helps.
