fracture care question

If a physician sees a patient in the ER for a fracture and attempts but is not able to
manipulate the fracture into place (failed closed reduction), he then takes the patient to surgery and does an open reduction with manipulation.
Can the closed and open reduction be billed?

No, Only the Open reduction should be billed. Always the Open procedures supersedes the closed procedures.
