What Modifier to use

My physician treated a patient for a wart but also gave immunizations. He billed a 17110(wart), 90660(flu vaccine), 90460(admin fee). We billed the insurance 17110-25, 90660,90460. They paid the immunization and admin. fee but denied the 17110. Can anyone tell me what modifier we need to use to get the wart procedure code paid?

Modifier 25 is only for evaluation codes. You should not need a modifier at all.
