Right lower lobe consolidation with trichoderma species

Codes I can come with are 1) J18.1 2)B48.8

Not sure if this is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like J16.8-Pneumonia due to other spec infec organism,
whereas J18.1 says lobar pneumonia unspec organism, hence reporting both J18.1 with B48.8 will not be appropriate .
