Medicare non payment for drug screens

The physician I work for requires his Medicare patients who take pain medication & some other drugs to have yearly drug screens. Medicare will not pay for this. Is there a diagnosis code I can use to get Medicare to pay for this test? Obviously, patients are not happy to get a bill for around $250 for a drug screen. Thank you.

re: Medicare non payment for drug screens

Multiple HCPCS codes have been used such as G0444 & G0480 and they are rejected. The diagnosis used is G89.4 Chronic Pain Syndrome. G0477 hasn't been used yet.
