comparison x-ray billing

Does anyone else bill for comparison x-rays? We have a few doctors that like to have x-rays taken on the side that is not currently being treated for comparison reasons. We have billed for these in the past but now with ICD 10 are receiving denials for the diagnosis code not matching. Basically we have a dx that indicates left foot when we are billing for x-rays for both the left and right feet.
