On the codes listed above the place of service has been an ongoing issue . But because the book states that there was not a face to face contact with the patient, therefore the logical pos should not be 11 The doctor simply reviewed the notes and documentation sent from the home health agency and the care provided for the re-certification and the supervison of care but he is not in contact with the patient at that time. What pos of service should this be?

thanks
