Allergy office and HCPCS codes - 2nd request

Can someone help me? Our allergist wants to bill for the following HCPCS codes: A4215 (for prick testing), A4657 (for ID testing), A4616, J7611 or J7620 (all 3 for nebulizer treatments) and PFT A4617. I thought the HCPCS codes were only used in hospital/outpt facilities. Also thought these codes were part of the office visit/procedure.
