debridement area measurement of decubitis ulcer

Decubitus ulcer on buttock down to muscular level. The doctor does a debridement down to level of muscle The area was 8 cm x 5 cm x5 cm deep. Would I bill 11043 & 11046 x2?? Also, area was treated with pulsavac; can I report this in add to debridement code? I am new to vascular surgery coding.
