Incident-to sleep lab

How would I be able to determine if a sleep lab that is located inside a hospital building, but the patients we are treating are outpatients, be considered either just an office (POS 11) or an outpatient hospital location so I can determine if we can bill incident-to services for the patients the NP treats there. Is it based on the POS code we are billing? If so, how do we determine what POS code we should be using?
