Laparoscopic ileocolectomy with terminal ileum transverse intracorporeal anastomosis. I need a CPT® for this procedure.

the doctor didn't due a ileocolostomy. He did an anastomosis with terminal ileum and transverse colon. Can I use CPT® 44205?

Ileocolostomy is not a colostomy...it is an anastomosis of the terminal ileum and colon. If the doctor did a colostomy also, you would then use CPT® 44206. CPT® 44205 is the correct code.
