How to bill for synagis given in 3 divided doses?

A pediatrician I'm billing claims for gave me a claim where she indicated that 3 divided doses of synagis was given. How would I bill for this?

Would I put in something like 90378 x 3 units? Or would I do that for the synagis administration code as in 96372 x 3 units?
