Adding a general surgeon to a family practice

Currently we have 2 family practice physicians and one pediatrician. We have the opportunity to add a general surgeron to our practice. We need to learn the billing and coding rules of surgeries. Our there any reference materials or seminars that we can obtain in getting started. Help!!
