Interprofessional Telephone/Internet Consultations

Hello,

DOes anyone have experience billing this service ( 99446-99449). These are new in 2014 and pose some real challenges.

I would assume the office staff needs to be very orgainzed to stay on top of these phone calls/internet to obtain patient authorization and billing information.

Iowa Medicare and Medicaid don't pay but I am wondering if anyone is.
