cpt code 92506

I need to know is there another cpt code that can be use with the cpt code 92506 to report more time being use for this service than the normal amount of time

There are no mention of minutes or time in the CPT description so that's how you can tell this is not a time-based code. The code would include all the time necessary to perform the evaluation service; there is no extra code.
