Removal of autotransplanted parathyroid specimens from forearm

Hi, I am aware that code +60512 is for parathyroid autotransplantation, at forearm or neck. But which code to choose for removal of the parathyroid implants from forearm, at muscle deep layer, under local MAC?

I am not very comfortable with picking up any debridement code like 11043 since it's not a "debridement". Should this be an E/M code?
