Sinus Tract

I am trying to find a code for excision of sinus tract RT Hip. Is there anything else to bill besides 11042?

Without knowing additional information other codes to consider 11770-11772. Also look at, 27043, 27047- Excision, tumor, soft tissue of pelvis and hip area, subcutaneous, You may need to consider the use an unspecified code, if there is not one that fits the scenario. Unless this is an actual debridement I don't see 11042 as a good fit. Your notes will help determine the correct code, if not, again consider using an unspecified excisional code.
