pt wait times

I work for a large behavioral health clinic, we see 95% of Medicaid patients -mostly kids the wait time to see a provider that accepts Medicaid are causing our patients to become extremely disgruntled. We don't want anyone to wait but due to the patient number and limited providers we face this ongoing trend of long wait times. Does or have any suggestions on how to remedy this problem other than not see the patients?
