Need help coding hemiarthroplasty

How would you code the following:
Resection of femoral head and neck. Long-stem cemented hemiartroplasty.
To me it looks like 27125, but in AHIMA's 2011 exam prep book the answer is 27236. What am I missing? I appreciate your help.
