GYN Surgery

I have a question about billing GYN surgery. Here is the scenario: two doctors in the same office are doing surgery. Dr A does a vaginal hyst and Dr B does a sling. Sometimes Dr a will do the sling and Dr B will do the hyst depending on whose patient it is. Now the question I have is since both doctors can perform both surgeries are they billing this properly. Here is how the claim would look. Dr A 58270 and 57288-80 and Dr B 58270-80 and 57288. They are billing under the same Tax ID and group NPI. Can anyone tell me if this is OK? It just looks wrong to me. Lynn Kimsey, CPC, CPMA, CPC-I, CEMC
