I'm trying to code a Testosterone Injection of 250 mg not sure how to ??? Help!!

Office code 99214.J1071x250,96372x1 ????

and where do I find the amount to bill ?

Why are you coding for an Detailed office visit 99214??, if the patient came in just to get the injection, you would only bill for the administration of the shot 96372 and the J code for the drugs!!
