Coding Bilat Standing Knees AP and PA views

Our Orthopedic physicians are ordering Bilat Standing Knees AP view, PA w/30 degree angle view, and then a lateral and sunrise view of one side. How should this be coded. I'm leaning toward 73560 1 or 2 views for one side and 73564 4views of the other??

You would count the views for each knee and code appropriately, with LT and RT modifiers. So it sounds like you have it right.
