You should not because it is bundled with the Amin code - 96372.

Allergy injections 95115 and 95117 cannot be billed with 99211 nor can they be billed with 96372 (unless drugs are administered for a allergic reaction). These two codes are self-contained and include administration as well. Office visit codes may be used in addition to allergen immunotherapy if other identifiable services are provided at that time.
