abdominal wall reconstruction

I recently had a patieent who developed abdominal compartment syndrome and was reclosed with mesh but was too sick in the immediate postoperative period to go back and remove the mesh and reclose the abdomen.

I took him back recently and removed the mesh and reclosed the abdomen primarily without incident and he is recovered nicely. He was treated with negative pressure drressings for many months in between and the open wound is now closed with the excision of the mesh and some moderate skin flaps.

The patient is quite pleased, How do I code the diagnosis of the open abdominal wound with exposed mesh colonized by MRSA, and the surgery for removal of the infected mesh and reclosure of the abdomen for optimal reimburement and getting paid altogether.
