Repairing 2 tendons on the same finger

I need to code a deep tendon flexor repair and a superficial tendon repair on the same finger. Any suggestions on how to do this so they pay for both on the same finger.

I have code 26356, thinking I need to use it twice one with a 59 but not sure?
