Coding Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty

I'm new at coding cardiac procedure codes and I need a little help.

When coding a PTA or PTCA and I'm comprehending the ICD 10 PSC look up in the Index and the Tabular sections, I'm confused when I come across an encounter to code the specific site and/or sites.

Is there some information you can give me about coding different site(s), and does this mean different arteries also.

Any information on how to code these is greatly appreciated.
