Spontaneous AB with removal IUD

A patient presented to the ER with very heavy vaginal bleeding. A pregnancy test was positive and an ultrasound showed an IUD in the uterus. OB doctor performed a dilatation & evacuation for the products of conception and he also removed the IUD. I am billing 632.11 with 59812 and V25.12 with 58562. Any other suggestions?
