Surgery for fx

Hi...I am new at orthopedic surgeries, so I would like some help, please.
Dr. an open reduction and internal fixation for a displaced greater tuberosity fx, left humerus and surgical neck fx, left humerus.

I coded it with 23615-LT.

The Dr. also used flouroscopy during the procedure. What would be the code for this?
