E/M Coding Endocrinology

I do a lot of E/M reviewing and feel pretty cionfident about it. I now have an endocrinologist that has me second guessing myself. Is there anybody out there who would be willing to look at 2 notes and give me their opinion? I have already reviewed them and met with the provider so it would just be between you and me.
