Our patient presented to the office for a tick bite, she removed part of the tick herself, however a portion of the tick remained.

The Provider indicates he used a Shave Biopsy Technique and the portion he removed was sent to the Lab for identification; identified as a Deer Tick.

Can he code for both Shave Biopsy and Foreign Body Removal?
