32556 is a percutaneous tube without imaging guidance

32556 is the correct code not 35556

We bill 32557 for the placement of the chest tube. (with guidance). But this also counts for just the replacing of it as well?

if it is replaced with guidance then you would use 32557 but if no guidance is used for replacing the tube then 32556 would be the code you would use.
