Deductable and Co-Insurance look ups

Can anyone please share HOW(detailed) to "Look Up" on insurance websites a patients responsibility to the doctor for a given service(CPT® Code) for the amount they "owe" ? With all the new plans that came out on the market place, many patients have very high deductibles. We are used to , like everyone else, looking up if they have the benefit but we need to change our policies. We just had a patient get an IUD and now wants to make "payments" for her responsibility! Thanks for helping!!
