when the baby was delivered the uterus introverted and the provider had to push the uterus back up inside manually after the placenta was delivered.

You could try vaginal delivery 59409 with mod 22 (send op report) and 59414. Or try unlisted procedure 59899, 59414 with op report and use the above scenerio 59409-22 as your base salary.. .. but this is just a guess...
