suspected ingestion of foreign body

We had a patient come in (7 month old) who the mother thought had swallowed a hair bow. Abdominal series was done which did not show any foreign body-this was an ER visit. Final dx was "Suspected Ingestion of Foreign Object" - the only code I can possibly come up with is V71.89 - does anyone have anything they can suggest?
