billiing threatened abortion during global ob period

I know that with OB care there are global charges, but what if an OB has to be hospitalized with threatened abortion? Do you charge that out with a modifier, or is that included in the global fee? What modifier would you use? Would you use regular hospitalization codes?

When my doctor as a patient go in the hospital for threatened abortion, I just bill for observation (99220 or whichever code fits) or the inpatient (99255 or whichever code fits) stay no modifier just the code.
