IV in urgent care setting

I work in Urgent Care and we do alot of IV pushes. Mostly for nausea and vomiting and headaches, or reaction. My question is I very seldom use CPT® 96365 because mostly they are giving IV pushes and the fluid is just for hydrating. Plus they state wide open on Fluid.

Is 96365 used when drugs are mixed with fluid and then infused? We mainly use IV push 96374,96375 and 96361 I have only used 96365 when it states that drug was mixed with fluid. My fellow coders are using 96365 alot. I don't think it is correct. I need some help.

Thanks,Wilma
