We have billed cpt 20550 with dx 726.31 and is denied as the dx is inconsistent with the procedure...Can anyone help with finding the appropriate dx for 20550?

Did you find that adding the dx codes worked? We are still being denied by Medicare as not being medically necessary, I was wondering if a modifier should be used? Thank you
