Parastomal hernia repair

Our physician performed an ex lap, lysis of adhesions, repair of parastomal hernia, resection of descending colon, takedown of splenic flexure, repositioning of the end colostomy in the Left upper quadrant. My physician billed this as 44141, 44005, 49560, and 44139. I know that we are not able to bill the 44005 for a CCI edit, but I am not sure if the other codes are correct.

In the body of the operative note it looks the our physician, had closed the ostomy site up, and then tookdown the splenic flexure and then made another ostomy in left upper quadrant, plus he did lysis of adhesions as well. I found procedure code 44346. Would someone please give me some advice on this particular procedure. I would appreciate it!
