E/M coding help please

One of our doctors had a patient pass away. Her son had an appt with the doctor re: questions about her death and a recent urgent care visit. He is also concerned about his father re: coping with the death of his wife. The son,mother and father are all are patients of our doctor. Can this be billed and how? CPT/DX help please. Thank you

I'm not sure there is anything that can be billed. The recent urgent care visit was for the patient who passed away right? There is no counseling and/or coordination of care for the patient who passed, and it doesn't sound like the provider had a face-to-face with the father.

Were any medical issued addressed for the son?
