Insuflon insertion

The Insuflon drug deliviery catheter is inserted with minimal documentation. The note just says it was inserted.
Does anyone charge for this? I don't charge the supply because there is also an E&M billed that same date and the HCPCS book says do not charge A4211 with a physician service. I would like to charge 11981.

Any advise?
