I have another question. Patient had removal of infected TKR with implantation of temporary methyl methacrylate implants months ago. Dr has to go in again knee is septic. He removed the temporary prostalac spacers for th e femur and tibia, did an extensive debridement, and exchanged the temporary spacers. I need some guidance with this. Thanks for the help.
